Proper Paperwork

Simply bring your car to Polar Chevrolet/Mazda and we'll give you a fast, free appraisal.
If you decide to sell us your car, most states require the following (contact your nearest Polar Chevrolet/Mazda representative for a complete list of requirements):
	•	A driver's license or other state-issued photo ID for all persons on the title.
	•	A copy of the vehicle registration for all persons named on the title.
	•	A valid title (if not held by a third-party loan provider or finance company). If you have an outstanding loan or financing arrangement on the vehicle, Polar Chevrolet/Mazda will provide a Secured Power of Attorney form that must be signed by all persons named on the title.
	•	Disclosure of any salvage history, flood damage, theft recovery or any other title branding.
	•	All persons named on the title must be present to sign all documents.
	•	All keys and keyless remotes.

To complete the sale, Polar Chevrolet/Mazda will provide the following documents for your signature (as necessary):
	•	A Vehicle Purchase Agreement (provided and completed by Polar Chevrolet/Mazda) signed by all persons named on the title.
	•	An Odometer Disclosure Statement (provided by Polar Chevrolet/Mazda) signed by all persons named on the title.
	•	A Damage Disclosure Statement (provided by Polar Chevrolet/Mazda) signed by all persons named on the title.
